While our 85-acre estate is primarily dedicated to vineyards, we have a small selection of fruit trees. These trees, more symbolic than productive, represent our dedication to the art of spirit making. However, the bulk of our fruit comes from a trusted partner who shares our values of organic farming and meticulous attention to detail.

This family-run farm, nestled in an ideal micro-climate, is known for its diverse array of traditional and rare fruit varieties. They employ organic practices, allowing the fruit to ripen longer on the tree, ensuring each piece reaches its full aromatic complexity.
